摘要
病原生物种类极其繁多,传统检测方法提供的信息有限,通常难以应对未知病原体的检出及传播。高通量测序(high-throughput sequencing,HTS)技术可以对待测病原生物的完整基因组进行测序和分析,获得DNA序列,从而鉴定出未知病原体,并揭示其变异和进化规律。获得的基因组数据可进一步用于开展筛查,从而快速、有效地应对新发传染病(emerging infectious diseases,EID)。本文就HTS技术近年来在EID病原体检测中的应用进行综述。
Pathogenic organisms are significantly varied.The information provided by traditional detection methods is limited,and it is usually difficult to handle the detection and spread of unknown pathogens.High-throughput sequencing(HTS)technology can sequence and analyze the complete genome of pathogens to obtain DNA sequences,thereby identifying unknown pathogens and revealing mutation and evolutionary laws.The obtained genomic data can be further used for screening,so as to be quickly and effectively applied for emerging infectious diseases(EID).This article reviews the application of HTS technology in EID pathogen detection in recent years.
