摘要 炭黑、白炭黑等填料粒子的加入可以提高橡胶的模量、强度、耐磨性、抗撕裂性等。综述了橡胶复合材料的补强机理,包括流体动力学效应、填料-填料相互作用、填料-橡胶相互作用和聚合物网络效应,最后对橡胶复合材料补强机理研究中的发展与挑战进行了展望。 The addition of filler particles such as carbon black and SiO_(2) can improve the modulus,strength,wear resistance and tear resistance of rubber.The reinforcement mechanism of rubber composites is reviewed,including hydrodynamic effect,filler-filler interaction,filler-rubber interaction and polymer network effect.Finally,the development and challenges in the research of reinforcement mechanism of rubber composites are prospected.
