摘要
某5500t/d水泥熟料生产线烧成系统存在C1旋风筒出口负压过高、分解炉与C5旋风筒温度倒挂、脱硝氨水用量过大、热回收效率低等问题,通过采用扩大分解炉容积、扩大分解燃烧脱硝还原空间、将C4旋风筒锥体更换成歪锥、使用加装了新型旋流器的燃烧器、优化撒料装置、改进旋风筒结构、使用纳米隔热材料、改用第四代篦冷机等技术措施,熟料烧成系统煤耗、电耗、脱硝氨水用量大幅降低,年综合经济效益达2000余万元。
The pyro system of a 5500t/d cement clinker production line had problems such as too high pressure loss at the outlet of the C1 cyclone,the inverted temperature of the calciner and the C5 cyclone,the too large consumption of denitrification ammonia,and the low heat recovery efficiency.By technical measures including expanding the volume of the calciner,expanding the space for decomposition,combustion,denitrification,replacing the cone of the C4 cyclone with a crooked cone,using the burner with a new swirl type,optimizing the splash device,improving the cyclone structure,and using nanometer heat insulation as well as the fourth-generation grate cooler,it reduced the coal consumption,power consumption and denitrification ammonia consumption,and the annual comprehensive economic benefit can reach more than 20 million yuan.
