摘要
分析了抗硫酸盐水泥的特点、熟料矿物组成及抗硫酸盐水泥的易磨性,介绍了TRMK3621辊磨终粉磨系统在粉磨抗硫酸盐水泥中的应用。TRMK3621型辊磨将传统的平盘结构改为略带角度的斜盘,增加了研磨区宽度,物料适应性较强。抗硫酸盐水泥较普通硅酸盐水泥难磨,采用TRMK3621辊磨粉磨抗硫酸盐水泥熟料,系统运行稳定、操作简便,产量达95t/h以上,比表面积330m^(2)/kg,电耗32kW·h/t。
The characteristics of sulfate-resistant cement,the composition of clinker minerals and the grindability of sulfate-resistant cement were analyzed.The application of TRMK3621 roller mill final grinding system in grinding sulfate-resistant cement was introduced.TRMK3621 type roller mill changes the traditional flat disc structure into a slightly angled swash plate,increases the width of the grinding area,and has strong material adaptability.Sulfate-resistant cement is more difficult to grind than ordinary Portland cement.TRMK3621 roller mill is used to grind sulfate-resistant cement clinker.The system runs stably and is easy to operate.The output is over 95t/h,the specific surface area is 330m~2/kg,and the power consumption is 32kW·h/t.
