摘要
分析了影响P·O42.5水泥净浆流动度的主要原因,提出了改善P·O42.5水泥净浆流动度的措施。通过添加3%煤矸石用于生料配料,对水泥配料用原材料及控制指标进行调整,1:1搭配使用改性磷酸石膏与脱硫石膏,优化调整开路磨粉磨工艺,改进选粉机下料方式,降低出磨水泥比表面积及温度,完善水泥出入库管理等措施,水泥净浆流动度得到明显改善,满足了商品混凝土的施工使用要求。
The main reasons affecting the fluidity of P·O42.5 cement slurry were analyzed,and measures to improve the fluidity of P·O42.5 cement slurry were proposed.It was adding 3%coal gangue for raw meal batching;adjusting the raw materials and control indicators for cement batching,using modified phosphate gypsum and desulfurized gypsum in a 1:1 combination;optimizing and adjusting the grinding process of the open-circuit mill and improving the feeding of the powder separator.In this way,the specific surface area and temperature of the grinding cement were reduced,and the management of cement in and out of the warehouse was improved.
