Practice and Suggestion of Implementing the New Development Concept in Dongying

为落实水生态文明建设新发展理念,东营市针对当前在水生态建设中存在的水资源短缺、水环境污染、水生态损害等问题,制定了以“安全放心、集约高效、舒适宜居、洁净优美、文明和谐”为特征的发展规划,为推动黄河三角洲的生态保护和高质量发展提供支撑和保障。

In order to implement the new development concept of water ecological civilization construction,it formulated development plan in Dongying Municipality,characterized by"safety and security,intensive and efficient,comfortable and livable,clean and beautiful,civilized and harmonious",in view of the problems existing in the current water ecological construction,such as water resource shortage,water environment pollution and water ecological damage.It provides support and guarantee for promoting ecological protection and high-quality development of the Yellow River Delta.
