“教师教育学院模式”的实践探索——以张家口学院为例

摘要 成立教师教育学院是国家提升教师教育质量的重要措施,张家口学院教师教育学院成立四年来,承载了教师教育一体化的职能,教师教育改革明确了教师教育与学科教育归属,建构了教师教育课程体系和实训实践体系,凸显了教师教育学院模式的课程建设、科研引领和服务基层等优势,但也面临部分困境特别是教师教育和专业教育融合方面,有待深入研究和探索。 The establishment of the Teacher Education College is an important measure for the country to improve teacher education.The Teacher Education College of Zhangjiakou University has been established four years ago,and it has carried the functions of pre-service and post-service integrated education.The teacher education reform has clarified the respective ownership of teacher education and subject education,constructed the teacher education curriculum system and practical training system,and highlighted the advantages of curriculum construction,scientific research guidance,and service to the related teaching business departments.But there are also some difficulties in self-positioning,the relationship among other professional colleges,the weakening of curriculum and pedagogical teaching,and teacher’cultural construction.
