高等学校是培养党外知识分子的重要阵地,要充分发挥高校统一战线工作的重要职能,提升新时代党外代表人士队伍建设水平,为实现两个一百年奋斗目标和中华民族伟大复兴凝聚力量。从当前高校党外代表人士队伍建设现状出发,探索高校党外代表人士发现、培养、使用和管理的有效途径,推动高校党外代表人士队伍建设健康发展,为推动新时代统一战线和多党合作事业贡献智慧和力量。

Since colleges and universities are viewed the important position to cultivate non-Party intellectuals,their important functions of the united front should be given full play to.For realizing the two-centenary goals and the condense strength of great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,there is a need to improve the level of team construction regarding non-Party representative in the new era.Based on the current situation of the construction of non-party representatives,this paper explores eff ective ways of discovering,cultivating,using and managing non-party representatives in colleges and universities.It is hopeful that the ways can promote the healthy development for the team construction of non-party representatives in colleges and universities,and can contribute wisdom and strength for the cause of promoting the united front and multi-party cooperation in the new era.
