OBE理念视域下对高校思政课教师队伍建设的思考 被引量:1

摘要 OBE理念视域下,高校思政课教师是统筹“成果导向”的教学过程、构建“学生中心”的师生关系,以及建设“持续改进”的思政课堂的关键。以OBE理念指导思政课建设,应以教师队伍建设为着力点,为思政课培养目标达成提供智力支持,为思政课落实立德树人根本任务奠定基石。就高校而言,思政课教师队伍建设应从建全教师选拔培养机制、建全教师成长发展与激励机制两方面着手,规划建设路径。 From the perspective of OBE concept,teaching staff of ideological and political courses are the key to planning outcomes-based teaching process,building“student-centered”teacher-student relationship and constructing“constantly improved”ideological and political class.For the construction of ideological and political courses under the guidance of OBE concept,constructing teaching staff should be taken as the base point so as to provide intellectual support for the attainment of training targets and to lay the solid cornerstone for the fundamental task of establishing morality and cultivating people to be implemented in ideological and political courses.Therefore,constructing teaching staff for ideological and political courses should be planned from two aspects:improving teacher selection and training mechanism,and perfecting teacher development and incentive mechanism.
