Development Strategies of Local Colleges and Universities under the Background of“Double First-Class”Construction

一流既是一种水平,也是一种目标追求,“双一流”建设必须要有地方高校的积极有效参与。地方高校要以学科建设为切入点,寻求以“本”为本、应用为先、地域特色的学科发展定位,以学科建设带动学校发展。面对新的生存格局,地方高校要寻求重点学科优先发展战略,变以往求“全”求“综”为求“专”求“精”,进而构建自主创新的学科治理体系,形成学科建设梯队层次。

First-class refers not only to a kind of level,but also a kind of goal pursuit.The construction of“double fi rst-class”must involve the active and eff ective participation on the part of local universities.Local universities should take the discipline construction as the breakthrough point,seek the discipline development orientation which takes“undergraduate education”as the foundation advocates the application,and acquires regional characteristic,should drive the school development with the discipline construction.Faced with the new survival pattern,local universities should seek the priority development strategy for key discipline,seek for“specialization”and“precision”rather than“wholeness”and“comprehensiveness”in the past,construct the discipline management system of independent innovation,and form the echelon level for discipline construction.
