“双一流”背景下高校学科调整的制度生成机制研究

On the Generation Mechanism for College Discipline Adjustment System under the Background of“Double First-Class”

随着我国教育事业的发展和进步,高校的学科调整也是我国双一流教育背景下的必然发展趋势。在双一流的教育背景下,各高校学科调整仍然存在着很多问题。高校应该建立出科学合理的双一流学科调整目标以及高校学科调整的制度生成机制,明确特色学科的调整需求,优化师资队伍的建设,促进高校的学科调整工作能够高效有序地向前推进。

With the development and progress of higher education,college discipline adjustment is an inevitable development trend under the background of“double fi rst-class”education.However,there are still many problems in the discipline adjustment for the present.Therefore,colleges and universities should establish scientifi c and reasonable objectives and the system-generation mechanism for discipline adjustment,clarify the adjustment needs of characteristic disciplines,optimize the construction of teaching staff,and promote the discipline adjustment to proceed forward effi ciently and orderly.
