Probe into the Law History Concerning Foreign Affairs in the Song Dynasty

全球一体化使中国与外国之间的交流不断深入,涉外的法律制度也在不断完善。相类似的情况在古代也是国家重要管理内容,宋代的涉外法律继承与完善了唐代相关法律,可以反映古代涉外法律与对外关系之间的联系,了解我国对外关系的变化。宋朝的涉外法律特点突出,适应了城市结构、生活方式等的变化,有民事法律刑法化特点,在确保主权的前题下,有利于融合的发展。

Due to global integration,the deepening exchanges between China and foreign countries makes the foreign legal system constantly improved,which is the important content of national management even in the ancient times.Having inherited and perfected the relevant laws in the Tang dynasty,the law concerning foreign aff airs in the Song dynasty can refl ect the connection between the law concerning foreign aff airs and foreign relations,from which people can understand the change of foreign relations in our country.The law concerning foreign aff airs in the Song Dynasty has prominent characteristics:adapting to the changes of urban structure and life style,and possessing the characteristics of criminal civil law.Under the premise of ensuring sovereignty,it is conducive to the development of integration.
