乳清蛋白在老年肥胖人群减重中的作用

摘要 目的探讨乳清蛋白在老年肥胖人群减重中的作用。方法选择2020年7至10月39例老年超重/肥胖女性进行研究,所有研究对象均采用能量限制饮食,随机分为乳清蛋白组(n=18)和对照组(仅饮食限制,n=21),共干预8周,分析干预前后研究对象的体重和体成分、血压、血清生化等指标。结果干预8周后,两组研究对象的体重和脂肪质量均下降(P<0.05)。对照组同时伴有瘦体重及去脂体重的下降(P<0.05),而乳清蛋白组无显著下降(P>0.05);乳清蛋白组体脂百分比及内脏脂肪面积显著降低(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,乳清蛋白组血压、血脂和血糖比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在低热量饮食减重的情况下,补充乳清蛋白可有效降低体脂,并维持瘦体组织。 Objective To explore the role of whey protein in weight loss in elderly obese people.Methods A total of 39 elderly overweight/obese women completed the study.All subjects were on an energy-restricted diet and were randomly divided into two groups:whey protein group(n=18)and control group(dietary restriction only,n=21)for 8 weeks.The body weight,body composition,blood pressure and serum biochemical indexes were analyzed before and after intervention.Results After 8 weeks of intervention,the body weight and fat mass of subjects in both groups were decreased(P<0.05).Lean body weight and fat free mass were decreased in the control group(P<0.05),while there was no significant decrease in the whey protein group(P>0.05).The percentage of body fat and visceral fat area in the whey protein group were decreased(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,there were no statistical differences in blood pressure,blood lipid and glucose in the whey protein group(P>0.05).Conclusion In the case of weight loss on a low-calorie diet,whey protein supplementation is effective in reducing body fat and maintaining lean tissue.
