摘要
在后扶贫时代,高校资助工作应以育人为目的,促进受助学生成长成才。从积极心理学视角分析,当前高职院校资助工作仍存在未充分顾及学生自尊、心理健康和心理需求等问题。结合积极心理学观点,从建立良好的社会支持系统、关注家庭经济困难学生的真实需求、建立完备心理档案等方面探究家庭经济困难学生心理资助的新路径。
In the post-poverty era,college financial aid should aim at educating people and promoting the development of students.From the perspective of positive psychology,financial aid work in higher vocational colleges nowadays needs to be improved in the following aspects:caring for students’self-esteem,paying attention to students’mental health and psychological needs,etc.In order to realize the educational function of financial aid in colleges and promote the physical and mental development of financially disadvantaged students,new paths and methods to provide psychological assistance to students with financial difficulties should be explored,including establishing a sound social support system,focusing on the real needs of the financially disadvantaged students,and establishing complete psychological profile,etc.
