腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术治疗卵巢囊肿的效果分析

Analysis of the effect of laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy in the treatment of ovarian cysts

目的 分析腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术治疗卵巢囊肿的效果。方法 70例卵巢囊肿患者,根据手术方式的不同分为观察组及对照组,各35例。观察组接受腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术治疗,对照组接受常规开腹卵巢囊肿切除术治疗。对比两组患者手术时长、术中出血量、术后下床活动时间、住院天数及术后3个月雌二醇、促卵泡生成素、促黄体生成素水平。结果 观察组患者手术时长(58.34±7.48)min、术后下床活动时间(22.46±4.72)h、住院天数(5.38±1.27)d均短于对照组的(75.17±8.69)min、(51.39±8.67)h、(11.23±2.15)d,术中出血量(73.66±10.49)ml少于对照组的(128.49±11.63)ml,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后3个月,两组患者雌二醇、促卵泡生成素、促黄体生成素水平对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿剥除术应用于卵巢囊肿治疗时,效果优于开腹卵巢囊肿切除术。

Objective To analyze the effect of laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy in the treatment of ovarian cysts.Methods A total of 70 patients with ovarian cysts were divided into observation group and control group according to different surgical methods,with 35 cases in each group.The observation group received laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy,and the control group received conventional open ovarian cystectomy.Both groups were compared in terms of operation time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative off-bed activity time,hospitalization time,and the levels of estradiol,follicle-stimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone at 3 months after surgery.Results The operation time of the observation group was(58.34±7.48)min,the postoperative off-bed activity time was(22.46±4.72)h,and the hospitalization time was(5.38±1.27)d,which were shorter than(75.17±8.69)min,(51.39±8.67)h and(11.23±2.15)d of the control group;the intraoperative blood loss(73.66±10.49)ml was less than(128.49±11.63)ml of the control group;all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At 3 months after surgery,there was no statistically significant difference in the levels of estradiol,follicle-stimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy is more effective than open ovarian cystectomy in the treatment of ovarian cysts.
