摘要
目的 分析维生素、不饱和脂肪酸对精神分裂症的应用效果。方法 50例精神分裂症患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各25例。对照组实施常规抗精神分裂药物治疗,观察组在抗精神分裂药物基础上补充维生素与不饱和脂肪酸治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后简明精神病评定量表(BPRS)评分、内分泌代谢紊乱状况及不良反应发生情况。结果 治疗前,两组BPRS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组BPRS评分均低于本组治疗前,且观察组BPRS评分(38.45±2.42)分低于对照组的(51.11±3.22)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组过度肥胖和高血糖发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,对照组过度肥胖和高血糖发生率与本组治疗前比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组过度肥胖发生率和高血糖发生率均低于本组治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组过度肥胖发生率32.00%和高血糖发生率28.00%均明显低于对照组的76.00%、76.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率24.00%明显低于对照组的64.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对精神分裂症患者应用维生素、不饱和脂肪酸治疗临床效果更佳,患者临床症状、发病风险以及药物不良反应均得到了更大程度改善,有益于精神分裂症患者的康复。
Objective To analyze the application effect of vitamins and unsaturated fatty acids on schizophrenia.Methods A total of 50 patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 25 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional antipsychotic drugs,while the observation group was treated with supplementation of vitamins and unsaturated fatty acids on the basis of antipsychotic drugs.The Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale(BPRS)scores and endocrine and metabolic disorders before and after treatment,and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in BPRS scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the BPRS scores of the two groups were lower than those of this group before treatment,and the BPRS score(38.45±2.42)points of the observation group was lower than(51.11±3.22)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the incidences of obesity and hyperglycemia between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the incidences of obesity and hyperglycemia in the control group were not significantly different from those before treatment in this group(P>0.05).The incidences of obesity and hyperglycemia in the observation group were lower than that before treatment in this group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the incidence of obesity 32.00%and the incidence of hyperglycemia 28.00%in the observation group were significantly lower than 76.00%and 76.00%in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 24.00%,which was significantly lower than 64.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of vitamins and unsaturated fatty acids has better clinical effects for schizophrenia patients,and the clinical symptoms,onset risks and adverse drug reactions of patients have been improved to a greater extent,which is beneficial to the recovery of schizophrenia patients.
