摘要
目的 探究骨盆运动训练对脑血管病偏瘫患者肢体功能的影响。方法 182例脑血管病偏瘫患者作为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组91例。对照组患者接受常规康复训练,观察组于对照组的基础上联合骨盆运动训练。对比两组患者训练前后的运动及平衡功能[下肢Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分量表(FMA)、Carr-Shepherd运动功能评定(MAS)、Berg平衡量表(BBS)]评分、屈髋肌力与日常生活能力[屈髋肌力徒手肌力检查(MMT)、改良Barthel指数评定量表(MBI)]评分。结果 训练前,两组患者的FMA、MAS、BBS、MMT、MBI评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);训练后,两组患者的FMA、MAS、BBS、MMT、MBI评分均高于本组训练前,且观察组患者的FMA、MAS、BBS、MMT、MBI评分分别为(28.11±2.56)、(38.02±1.98)、(48.35±4.43)、(3.76±0.64)、(57.64±12.43)分,均高于对照组的(21.42±2.43)、(31.58±2.04)、(37.42±3.52)、(3.14±0.63)、(46.58±12.34)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 骨盆运动训练对脑血管病偏瘫的临床应用效果显著,可有效改善患者的运动功能、平衡功能、屈髋肌力,提高日常生活能力,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the effect of pelvic exercise training in treatment of hemiplegia caused by cerebrovascular disease.Methods A total of 182 patients with hemiplegia caused by cerebrovascular disease were selected as the research subjects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to the random numerical table,with 91 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received conventional rehabilitation training,and patients in the observation group received pelvic exercise training on the basis of the control group.Both groups were compared in terms of motor and balance function[Fugl-Meyer motor assessment(FMA),motor assessment scale(MAS),Berg balance scale(BBS)]scores,hip flexor strength and activities of daily living[manual muscle test(MMT),modified Barthel index(MBI)]score before and after training.Results Before training,there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of FMA,MAS,BBS,MMT and MBI between the two groups(P>0.05).After training,the scores of FMA,MAS,BBS,MMT,and MBI in the two groups were higher than those before training in this group;the scores of FMA,MAS,BBS,MMT,and MBI in the observation group were(28.11±2.56),(38.02±1.98),(48.35±4.43),(3.76±0.64),and(57.64±12.43)points,which were higher than(21.42±2.43),(31.58±2.04),(37.42±3.52),(3.14±0.63),and(46.58±12.34)points in the control group;all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Pelvic exercise training has a significant effect on hemiplegia caused by cerebrovascular disease,which can effectively improve the patient's motor function,balance function,hip flexor strength,and improve the activities of daily living,which is worthy of promotion.
