新生儿早期基本保健(EENC)技术是指以产妇与新生儿生命健康为保证,实施于围生期行之有效的科学、经济适用的系列母婴保健技术,此项技术将服务的重心尽可能落实在对孕产妇孕期、生产期及胎儿娩出24 h后的保健质量方面,保护母体与胎儿的生命安全及其健康。此项技术流程被世界卫生组织等多个国际专业机构及组织认可并给予推广,惠及世界许多国家及地区。本次作者就EENC技术的产生背景及现状、主要内容、当前面临挑战与对策等问题进行了相关综述,旨在为临床应用提供一定参考。

Early Essential Newborn Care(EENC)technology refers to a series of scientific,effective,low-cost maternal and child healthcare technologies applied in the perinatal period,which focuses on improving the quality of maternal care during pregnancy,delivery and 24 h after the delivery of the fetus as much as possible to ensure the safety and health of both mother and child.This technical process has been recognized and promoted by World Health Organization and other international professional organizations,benefiting people in many countries and regions around the world.This paper comprehensively reviews about the background,current status,main contents,current challenges and countermeasures of EENC technology,aiming to provide some reference for clinical application.
