船用柴油机注油枪的选区激光熔融技术应用

摘要 对某船用柴油机中高压燃油注油枪组件进行一体化结构设计,并运用选区激光熔融这种增材制造技术实现一体化成形,将化学成分与加工工艺优化后的优质钴铬钼合金粉末作为成形原材料,可解决传统加工方法中模具加工周期长、工序繁琐、组件数量较多导致的装配困难和总精度差的技术瓶颈,在提高组件的生产效率和加工精度的同时,产品力学性能也能达到铸锻件标准。 The integrated designed structure of the medium-high pressure fuel injection-nozzle assembly of a marine diesel engine was proposed,and the integrated forming was realized by the additive manufacturing technology of selective laser melting.The high-quality cobalt chromium molybdenum alloy powder optimized by combining chemical composition and the process was used as forming raw material.This method can not only solve the technical bottleneck of long mold processing cycle,cumbersome process,assembly difficulty and poor overall accuracy caused by large number of components in traditional processing methods,but also can improve the production efficiency and processing accuracy of the part.At the same time,the mechanical properties can also meet the standards of conventional castings and forgings.
