智能化时代职业教育面临的挑战与对策

Challenges and Countermeasures of Vocational Education in Intelligent Era

在人工智能与实体经济加速融合、产业智能化转型不断升级、行业需要大量面向人工智能平台技能人才的背景下,职业教育相关的人才培养却面临着三大挑战,即:人才培养难以匹配产业需要、人工智能在职业院校的应用场景少、教师对教育本质和时代意蕴挖掘不够。提出人工智能视域下职业教育发展的主要策略,如:坚持以以产业为导向的人才培养目标、制定人才岗位能力标准、建立适配产业发展的课程体系、构建产教深度融合的教学体系等,以推动智能化时代职业院校相关专业的人才培养工作。

Under the background of the accelerated integration of artificial intelligence and the real economy,the continuous upgrading of the intelligent transformation of various industries,and the need for a large number of application skills talents for artificial intelligence platforms in various industries,the cultivation of talents related to vocational education is facing three major challenges,namely:talent training is difficult to match the needs of the industry,the application scenarios of artificial intelligence in vocational colleges are few,and teachers do not tap enough of the essence of education and the meaning of the times.The main strategies for the development of vocational education under the perspective of artificial intelligence are proposed,such as:adhering to the goal of industry-oriented talent training,formulating talent post ability standards,establishing a curriculum system suitable for industrial development,and building a teaching system with deep integration of industry and education,etc.,so as to promote the cultivation of talents in related majors of vocational colleges in the intelligent era.
