厨余垃圾好氧生物处理技术研究综述

摘要 在明确厨余垃圾含义、特点和产量现状基础上,系统梳理了好氧堆肥、发酵蛋白饲料和昆虫处理等技术方法应用于厨余垃圾处理处置的原理、优缺点,针对好氧处理技术在实施过程中遇到的难点及未来发展方向,提出了建议和展望。 On the basis of clarifying the defination,characteristics and production status of food waste,this review focuses on the principles,advantages and disadvantages,and applications of aerobic composting,fermented protein feed and insect treatment in the treatment and disposal of food waste.Finally,reasonable suggestions and prospects were made for the difficulties encountered in the implementation of the aerobic treatment technology and the future development was proposed.
