摘要
探讨了悬吊训练对跳高运动员速度、力量、柔韧和心理等专项身心素质的影响。研究结果表明,悬吊训练对于提高跳高运动员的核心肌群最大力矩值、腹背部、腹内外肌核心肌群力量,提高跳高运动员30米弯道跑、30米直道接30米弯道跑、四步助跑接五级单足跳(左、右脚)、八步助跑摸高、头触高、膝触高和四步助跑过杆、动作放松能力、协调能力等方面的专项素质训练效果优于传统力量训练。
The influence of Sling Exercise Training on high jumper’s special physical and mental qualities,such as speed,strength,flexibility and psychology are explored.The study concluded that the effect of Sling Exercise Training is better than traditional strength training in improving the maximum moment value of core muscle groups,the strength of core muscles of abdominis and back as well as internal and external abdominal muscles,improving the special qualities of high jumpers in 30-meter curve running,30-meter straight running to 30-meter curve running,four-step run-up to five-step hop jump(left and right foot),eight-step run-up reach jump,head reach jump,knee reach jump and four-step run-up crossing the bar,movement relaxation ability and coordination ability,etc.
