河北省农村初中生物实验教学现状及对策分析

An Analysis of Current Situation and Countermeasures of Biological Experiment Teaching in Rural Junior Middle Schools in Hebei Province

摘要 以“国培计划(2020)”河北省初中生物骨干教师培训学员为调查对象,运用文献研究法、访谈法和问卷法,分析河北省农村初中生物实验教学现状,从教师提升业务素质、学校强化师资培养、学校加强生物实验室的管理与建设、学生及家长转变对待生物实验教学的态度、教育主管部门探索优质资源共享机制等方面提出提升农村初中生物实验教学水平的策略。 The trainees who participated in the“National Training Plan(2020)”for junior middle school biology cadre teachers in Hebei Province are taken as respondents.By using the methods of literature research,interview and questionnaire,the current situation of biological experiment teaching in rural junior middle schools in Hebei Province is analyzed.The strategies to improve the level of rural junior middle school biology experiment teaching are put forward from the perspectives of improving the teachers’professional quality and strengthening their training,enhancing the school’s management and construction of biology laboratory,changing the attitude of students and parents towards biological experiment teaching,and exploring the sharing mechanism of high-quality resource sharing by education authorities.
