喜炎平联合阿奇霉素序贯治疗小儿支原体肺炎的疗效及对微炎症状态和免疫指标的影响

Efficacy of Xiyanping combined with azithromycin sequential therapy in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children and its effects on micro-inflammatory status and immune indexes

目的探讨喜炎平联合阿奇霉素序贯治疗小儿支原体肺炎(MPP)的疗效及对微炎症状态和免疫指标的影响。方法选取MPP患儿124例随机均分为观察组和对照组。观察组给与喜炎平联合阿奇霉素序贯治疗,对照组给与阿奇霉素序贯治疗。比较两组疗效,观察治疗前后微炎症状态和免疫指标的变化。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患儿外周血CD4^(+)、CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)、红细胞C3b受体花环率均较治疗前升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);血清白细胞介素-6、白细胞介素-33、肿瘤坏死因子-α、超敏C反应蛋白及外周血CD8^(+)、红细胞免疫复合物花环率均较治疗前降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论喜炎平联合阿奇霉素序贯治疗MPP有较好疗效,可显著减轻炎症反应,并提高细胞免疫水平。

Aim To explore the efficacy of Xiyanping combined with azithromycin sequential therapy in treating children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia(MPP)and its effect on micro-inflammatory state and immune indexes.Methods 124 children with MPP were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The observation group was given Xiyanping combined with azithromycin sequential therapy,and the control group was given azithromycin se-quential therapy.The efficacy in the two groups were compared,and the changes in microinflammatory status and immune indexes were observed before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of treatment in observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels ofperipheral blood CD4^(+),CD3^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+) and red blood cell-C3b receptor rate in the two groups were increased compared with those before treatment,and the levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of serum interleukin-6(IL-6),IL-33,tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α),hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and peripheral blood CD8^(+) and red blood cell immune complex rate were decreased compared with those before treatment,and the levels in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Xiyanping combined with azithromycin sequen-tial therapy has a good efficacy in the treatment of MPP,and it can significantly reduce theinflammatory response,and en-hancecellular immunity level.
