乡村振兴背景下乡村休闲旅游资源可持续发展评价研究——以信阳市为例

Evaluation of Sustainable Development of Rural Leisure Tourism Resources under the Background of Rural Revitalization——A Case Study of Xinyang City

在乡村振兴背景下,以乡村休闲旅游资源开发、乡村休闲旅游环境质量、乡村休闲旅游经济发展和乡村休闲旅游社会发展四个要素建立信阳市乡村休闲旅游资源可持续发展评价指标体系,运用均方差法确定各评价指标的权重值,采用模糊数学法建立评价模型,进行乡村休闲旅游资源可持续发展评价研究。结果表明:信阳市乡村休闲旅游资源可持续发展水平属于较强可持续发展等级。从各个评价要素来看,乡村休闲旅游资源开发属于强可持续发展等级,隶属度值为0.334;乡村休闲旅游环境质量、乡村休闲旅游经济发展和乡村休闲旅游社会发展属于较强可持续发展等级,隶属度值分别为0.310、0.513和0.685。影响信阳市乡村休闲旅游资源可持续发展的主要因子有:乡村景观知名度、乡村景观奇特度、乡村生活污水处理率、乡村环保投资比例、乡村休闲旅游收入占GDP比重、乡村休闲旅游地居民人均可支配收入等。

Under the background of the rural revitalization,considering the factors of rural leisure tourism resources,environment,economy and society,the evaluation index system of sustainable development of rural leisure tourism resources is established with the development of rural leisure tourism resources,the quality of rural leisure tourism environment,the development of rural leisure tourism economy and the development of rural leisure tourism society taking Xinyang City as an example,the sustainable development of rural leisure tourism resources is evaluated.The results show that:the comprehensive evaluation of the sustainable development of rural leisure tourism resources in Xinyang belongs to the strong sustainable development level,and the probability of strong sustainability is 43.03%.According to the evaluation factors,the sustainable development of rural leisure tourism resources in Xinyang belongs to the strong sustainable development level in terms of the development elements of rural leisure tourism resources.The membership value of strong sustainable development is 0.340.The environmental quality of rural leisure tourism,the economic development of rural leisure tourism and the social development of rural leisure tourism belong to the level of sustainable development.The degree values were 0.310,0.513 and 0.685,respectively.The main factors affecting the sustainable development of rural leisure tourism resources in Xinyang are:the popularity of rural landscape,the singularity of rural landscape,the treatment rate of rural domestic sewage,the proportion of rural environmental protection investment,the proportion of rural leisure tourism income in GDP,and the per capita disposable income of rural leisure tourism residents.
