High-quality development is an overall requirement for the economy and society. Human develop-ment is the central goal of social progress. Therefore, high-quality development cannot be understood onlyfrom the perspective of economic growth, but also from the perspective of people-centered development.Achieving high quality should focus on the overall progress of society and the overall development of people.High-quality development should be aimed at people’s good life.
