旧传统与新文化:东北新文学意识发轫再思考——以《盛京时报》“新年号征文”活动为讨论中心

Old Tradition and New Culture: Rethinking the Genesis of New Literary Consciousness in Northeast China——A discussion centered on the “New Year’s Call for Papers” of Shengjing Times

《盛京时报》作为东北现代时期重要的白话报刊之一,在东北文学的发展过程中发挥了积极而重要的作用。在其组织的各类文艺活动中,自1915年开始到1931年结束的“新年号征文”,是东北文学新旧过渡时期影响较大的一个文艺活动,特别是1921年至1931年由儒丐、冷佛、金小天等人编辑的“新年号征文”活动,尤为值得关注。其意义在于:一方面是通过征文活动在知识界广泛传播新文化运动,另一方面是利用征文平台在青年作家中积极倡导新文学创作意识。由此,通过这一活动呈现出文学史叙述之外的东北新文学发轫的文艺景观,而这些也正是以往研究中较为薄弱的一个空间。

As one of the important vernacular newspapers in the modern period of Northeast China, Shengjing Times played an active and important role in the development of Northeast China literature. Among the variousliterary and artistic activities organized by the newspaper, the “New Year’s Call for Papers” , which started in1915 and ended in 1931, was one of the most influential literary and artistic activities during the transition be-tween the old and the new in northeastern literature. In particular, the “New Year’s Call for Papers” , from1921 to 1931, the “New Year’s Call for Papers” activity edited by RU Gai, LENG Fo and JIN Xiao-tian isworth paying special attention to. Its significance lies in the fact that on the one hand, the essay campaign wasused to widely disseminate the new cultural movement among the intellectual circles. On the other hand, theessay platform was used to actively promote the awareness of new literary creation among young writers. Thus,this activity presents the literary landscape of the genesis of new literature in Northeast China beyond the nar-rative of literary history, which is also a weak space in previous studies.
