成人手足口病流行病学及临床特征研究进展

Progress on epidemiology and clinical features of adult patients with hand-foot-and-mouth disease

手足口病是一种主要由肠道病毒感染引起,易侵犯儿童手、足、口腔等皮肤黏膜的急性传染病,近年来成人感染报道并不鲜见。成人手足口病在流行病学及临床特征方面与儿童有一定差异。国内外学者对成人手足口病的流行情况、临床特征等方面进行了相关研究,本文就成人手足口病的流行病学及临床特征目前的研究进展进行综述。

Hand-foot-and-mouth disease(HFMD)is an acute infectious disease mainly caused by enterovirus infection and is easy to invade skin and mucosa of children’s hands,feet,and mouth,reports of adult infection are not rare in recent years.There are some differences in epidemiology and clinical features of HFMD between adults and children.Domestic and foreign scholars have carried out relevant research on the epidemic and clinical features of adult HFMD,this paper summarizes the current research progress on the epidemiology and clinical features of adult HFMD.
