基于政策工具视角的武术发展规划政策分析

Policy Analysis of Wushu Development Planning from the Perspective of Policy Tools

武术发展规划是武术事业发展的风向标,是体育强国建设不可忽视的重要内容。基于政策工具视角,将国家体育总局颁布的“十三五”、“十四五”武术发展规划划分为供给型、需求型、环境型三类政策工具,通过科学计量政策条目和可视化分析政策占比情况,探析我国武术发展规划政策工具侧重点和存在问题,为武术发展规划政策的优化与完善提供政策指引以及合理化建议,推动武术事业进一步发展。
