摘要
快速伸缩复合训练是一项基础性训练,是发展运动员力量、爆发力、速度等身体素质的有效手段,在竞技体育各项目训练的应用中日趋广泛。文章通过查阅国内外文献,对快速伸缩复合训练的原理及在武术训练中的应用进行阐述,旨在为提高武术运动员体能水平、预防运动损伤提供理论与应用参考。
Plyometric is a basic training,which is an effective means to develop the strength,explosive power,speed and other physical qualities of athletes.It has been widely used in various sports training.By referring to domestic and foreign literature,this paper expounds the principle of Plyometric and its application in Wushu training,in order to provide theoretical and applied reference for improving the physical skill level of wushu athletes and preventing sports injury.
