智能抗压机器人在混凝土检测中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 传统的混凝土抗压设备效率偏低,且人工成本偏高,随着电子智能化、信息化的发展,智能化设备在工程检测中的应用也越来越广泛。本文介绍了智能抗压机器人与传统人工抗压设备(YA-2000)的组成及优劣势,针对2种检测设备进行了C30强度等级和C45强度等级混凝土试件抗压强度的对比试验,同时又列举了某公司的智能抗压机器人半年的试验运行数据,结果表明:对于C30试件和C45试件的抗压强度试验,智能抗压机器人与传统人工抗压设备(YA-2000)试验的平均值分别相差0.13MPa和0.02MPa,标准差分别为0.6159、1.0653和0.4194、0.9563,2种检测设备试验数值基本一致,准确性均良好,而智能抗压机器人试验数据的标准差较小,结果的可靠性更强。另外,在日平均试块完成量相同的情况下,智能抗压机器人的试验时间缩短了37.0%,效率得到了明显提高,更适用于大规模试验工作场景。 The traditional concrete compression equipment has low efficiency and high labor cost.With the development of electronic intelligence and informatization,the application of intelligent equipment in engineering inspection is becoming more and more extensive.This paper introduces the composition,advantages and disadvantages of intelligent anti-compression robot and traditional artificial anti-compression equipment(YA-2000).For the two testing equipment,a comparative experiment on the compressive strength of concrete specimens with C30 strength grade and C45 strength grade is carried out.At the same time,this paper lists the test operation data of some company's intelligent compression robot for half a year.The analysis results show that:for the anti-compression test of C30 and C45 specimens,the average difference between the intelligent compression robot and the traditional artificial compression equipment(YA-2000)is 0.13MPa and 0.02MPa respectively,and the standard deviations were 0.6159,1.0653 and 0.4194,0.9563 respectively.The test values of the two testing equipments are basically the same with good accuracy,while the standard deviation of the intelligent compression robot test data is smaller,and the reliability of its results is stronger.In addition,when the average daily test block completion volume is the same,the test time of the intelligent anti-compression robot is shortened by 37.0%,and the efficiency is significantly improved,which is more suitable for large-scale test work scenarios.
