摘要
跳仓法是超长大体积混凝土结构中替代后浇带的新型施工技术,该技术利用先放后抗,抗放兼施的原理,有效解决了混凝土初期和后期收缩引起的开裂问题。文中首先介绍跳仓法施工技术的原理,然后结合工程实例,从施工部署、施工控制措施、实施效果等方面对跳仓法施工技术的应用进行分析,研究发现,相比于后浇带,跳仓法施工技术具有缩短工期、节约成本和提升工程质量的优势。
The skipping warehouse method is a new construction technology that replaces the later-pouring band in the super-long volume concrete structure.This technology uses the principle of first release and then resistance,and the principle of both release and resistance,which effectively solves the problem of cracking caused by the initial and later shrinkage of concrete.In this paper,first introduces the principle of the skipping warehouse method construction technology,and then combines the engineering examples,analyzes the application of the jumping warehouse method construction technology from the aspects of construction deployment,construction control measures,and implementation effects,the study found that compared with the later-pouring band,the skipping warehouse method construction technology has the advantages of shortening the construction period,saving costs and improving the quality of the project.
