Factors Affect the Quality of Ready-mixed Concrete and the Corresponding Solutions

本文针对影响预拌混凝土实际生产质量的因素,从各种原材料和生产工艺方面,分析了实际生产中,原材料性能指标、搅拌工艺、计量工艺对混凝土性能产生的影响,并提出了解决措施,指出了应更多关注和重视的关键性因素。

In this paper,we aim at studying the factors that affect the actual production quality of ready-mixed concrete.Based on a variety of raw materials and production processes,we mainly analyse the influence of raw material performance indicators,mixing process and measurement process on the performance of concrete in actual production.We also propose the corresponding solutions to these factors and the key factors that should be paid more attention to during the actual production process.
