澳大利亚执业药师继续教育模式介绍与启示

Introduction of Continuing Education Model of Licensed Pharmacists in Australia and Its Enlightenment to China

目的为推进我国执业药师继续教育管理提供参考。方法梳理澳大利亚执业药师继续职业发展(CPD)相关文献、官方政策、报告等,总结并分析其CPD模式相关内容,并提出完善我国执业药师继续教育管理的对策建议。结果澳大利亚执业药师继续教育管理模式较完善,且已从传统模式逐渐发展到CPD模式。该CPD模式可促使执业药师具备终身学习的职业素质,其内容体现了理论与实践并重,以及基于评估和实践的改进效果对CPD活动分类并赋予相应CPD学分的特点。结论建议借鉴澳大利亚相关经验,进一步完善我国执业药师继续教育管理,从而推动执业药师队伍高质量发展。

Objective To provide a reference for improving the management of continuing education for licensed pharmacists in China.Methods The literature,official policies and reports related to continuing professional development(CPD)of licensed pharmacists in Australia were reviewed,the relevant contents of CPD model were summarized and analyzed,and suggestions on the improvement of the mangement of continuing education for licensed pharmacists in China were put forward.Results The management mode of continuing education for licensed pharmacists in Australia was relatively perfect,which had gradually developed from the traditional mode to the CPD mode.The CPD model could promote the professional quality of lifelong learning for licensed pharmacists.Its content reflected the characteristics of paying equal attention to theory and practice,and CPD activities were classified and given corresponding CPD credits based on the improvement effect of evaluation and practice.Conclusion It is suggested that China should learn from the relevant experience of Australia to further improve the management of continuing education of licensed pharmacists,so as to promote the high-quality development of licensed pharmacists in China.
