高血压脑出血患者实施3D-Slicer辅助 软通道引流对其预后效果的影响

Effect of 3D Slicer Assisted Soft Channel Drainage on Prognosis of Patients with Hypertensive Intracerebral Hemorrhage

目的研究3D-Slicer辅助软通道引流对高血压脑出血(HICH)患者预后效果的影响。方法66例研究对象选自廊坊市第四人民医院2018年6月-2020年6月间收治的HICH患者,采用计算机产生随机数抽样方法进行随机分组,33例患者纳入比对组、33例患者纳入分析组,比对组患者开展CT血肿定位,分析组患者实施3D-Slicer软件血肿定位。比对分析2组术后1d、3d、7d血肿清除量、术后并发症总发生率。结果分析组术后1d、3d、7d血肿清除量均高于比对组(P<0.05);分析组术后并发症总发生率明显低于比对组(P<0.05);分析组预后效果优于比对组(P<0.05)。结论3D-Slicer辅助软通道引流治疗HICH能够取得较为理想的治疗效果,有效提升患者血肿清除量,降低术后并发症发生率,值得在临床中广泛应用。

Objective To study effect of 3D slicer assisted soft channel drainage on prognosis of patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage(HICH).Methods The paper chose 66 patients with hich in Langfang City The Fourth People's Hospital from June 2018 to June 2020,and divided them into two groups by computer-generated random number sampling method.33 cases in control group and 33 cases in analysis group.Control group was treated with CT hematoma localization,and analysis group with 3D slicer software hematoma localization.Hematoma clearance and total incidence of postoperative complications was compared and analyzed between two groups at 1d,3d and 7d after operation.Results Hematoma clearance of analysis group at 1d,3d and 7d after operation was higher than control group(P<0.05);total incidence of postoperative complications in analysis group was significantly lower than control group(P<0.05);Prognosis of analysis group was better than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion 3D-slicer assisted soft channel drainage can achieve ideal therapeutic effect,improve clearance of hematoma effectively and reduce incidence of postoperative complications in treatment of HICH,which is worthy of wide application in clinical practice.
