Analysis and Intervention of Irrational Drug Use in Intravenous Drug Allocation Center

目的分析静脉药物配置中心不合理用药分析与干预效果。方法挑选2018年1月-2019年5月阳江市人民医院静脉药物配置中心的500份医嘱处方纳入对照组,分析不合理用药情况,并把相关干预举措用在2019年6月-2020年5月间我院静脉药物配置中心的500份医嘱处方中,视为观察组,分析两组静脉药物配置中心的不合理用药情况。结果静脉药物配置中心不合理用药主要体现在用药途径错误、超剂量用药、溶剂量不合理、药物配伍不当四个方面;观察组不合理用药发生率较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论静脉药物配置中心不合理用药情况较多,只有加强干预措施,才可有效降低静脉药物配置中心的不合理用药发生率,是保证临床安全合理用药的关键。

Objective To discuss analysis and intervention effect of irrational drug use in intravenous drug allocation center.Methods The paper chose 500 prescriptions from intravenous drug dispensing center of Yangjiang City People's Hospital from January 2018 to may 2019 as control group,to analyze irrational drug use.500 prescriptions from intravenous drug dispensing center of our hospital from June 2019 to may 2020 with relevant intervention measures were included in observation group.Irrational drug use between two groups was analyzed.Results Irrational use of drugs in intravenous drug allocation center was mainly reflected in four aspects:wrong way of medication,over dose medication,unreasonable amount of solvent and improper drug compatibility;incidence of irrational drug use in observation group was lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion There are many cases of irrational drug use in intravenous drug allocation center.Only strengthening intervention measures can reduce incidence of irrational drug use in intravenous drug allocation center effectively,which is the key to ensure clinical safe and rational drug use.
