全科护理在基层医院护理中的应用分析

Application Analysis of General Nursing in Grass-Roots Hospital Nursing

目的研究主要分析全科护理在基层医院护理中的应用效果。方法选取2019年8月-2020年8月我院收治的124例患者作为研究对象,经沟通后所有患者均为自愿参与实验,并签署知情同意书,符合入组标准。入组后,根据护理措施的不同对实验对象进行分组,一组为实施常规护理的对照组,一组为实施全科护理的观察组,每组患者均为62例,对比两组患者在不同护理模式下的临床护理质量评分、护理满意度以及不良事件发生率。结果对比两组护理质量,观察组在基础护理、健康宣教、服务态度、病房管理方面的评分均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。对比两组患者的护理满意度,观察组为96.77%,对照组为82.25%,观察组明显更佳(P<0.05)。而且护患纠纷及护理意外事件发生率为4.84%、1.61%,远低于对照组的19.35%、11.29%(P<0.05)。结论针对于基层医院护理工作,实施全科护理的应用效果更为显著,对提高临床护理质量有着非常重要的作用,且能够降低患者在住院期间的不良事件发生率,保障护理安全,构建良好的护患关系,减少护患纠纷事件的发生,避免对医院的声誉造成一定影响,具有较高的应用价值。

Objective To analyze application effect of general nursing in grass-roots hospital.Methods The paper chose 124 patients treated in our hospital from August 2019 to August 2020 as research objects.After communication,all patients participated in experiment and signed informed consent voluntarily,which met the inclusion criteria.Patients were divided into groups according to different nursing measures.Control group was treated with routine nursing and observation group with general nursing,62 cases in each group.Clinical nursing quality scores,nursing satisfaction degree and adverse events incidence were compared under different nursing modes between two groups.Results Nursing quality scores of observation group in basic nursing,health education,service attitude and ward management were significantly better than control group,(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction degree was 96.77%in observation group and 82.25%in control group(P<0.05).Incidences of nurse patient disputes and nursing accidents were 4.84%and 1.61%,much lower than 19.35%and 11.29%in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion General nursing can achieve significant application effect for nursing work in grass-roots hospitals,which plays important role in improving quality of clinical nursing,can reduce incidence of adverse events during hospitalization,ensure nursing safety,build good nurse patient relationship,reduce incidence of nurse patient disputes,and avoid some certain impact on reputation of the hospital,which has high application value.
