分析经脐腹腔镜手术治疗小儿肠套叠的疗效

Curative Effect Analysis of Transumbilical Laparoscopic Surgery in Treatment of Children with Intussusception

目的 探讨经脐腹腔镜手术治疗小儿肠套叠的疗效。方法 选取2017年4月-2020年4月云南省曲靖市第一人民医院收入的46例小儿肠套叠患儿作为研究对象,将其随机均分为研究组23例与参照组23例,参照组患儿采用传统开腹复位术手术治疗,研究组采用经脐腹腔镜手术治疗,对比两组的术中出血量,并发症发生率、手术所需时间、术后排气时间、术后进食时间与住院时间。结果 经过对比分析,研究组患儿的术中出血量,并发症发生率、手术所需时间、术后排气时间、术后进食时间与住院时间均明显优于参照组,且差异均符合统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对小儿肠套叠患儿采取经脐腹腔镜手术治疗的效果显著,可促进患儿恢复,增加患儿的治疗总有效率,值得在临床上大力推广。

Objective To investigate effect of transumbilical laparoscopic surgery in treatment of intussusception of children.Methods The paper chose 46 children with intussusception in our hospital from April 2017 to April 2020 as research subjects,and divided them into 23 cases in study group and 23 cases in reference group randomly.Reference group was treated with traditional open reduction surgery,and study group with transumbilical laparoscopic surgery.Amount of intraoperative bleeding,incidence of complications,operation time,postoperative exhaust time,postoperative eating time and hospital stay was compared between two groups.Results After comparative analysis,amount of intraoperative bleeding,incidence of complications,operation time,postoperative exhaust time,postoperative eating time and hospitalization time of children in study group was significantly better than reference group,difference was statistically significant,(P<0.05).Conclusion Transumbilical laparoscopic surgery can achieve significant effect for children with intussusception,can promote recovery and increase total effective rate of children,which is worthy of promotion in clinical practice.
