综合管理方案在结核病门诊治疗中的临床应用效果

Clinical Application Effect of Integrated Management in Tuberculosis Outpatient Treatment

目的 分析综合管理方案在结核病门诊治疗中的临床应用效果,并对其应用价值予以评价。方法 选择2017年11月-2019年8月在长春市传染病医院门诊接受诊治的结核病患者,人数为78例,依据单盲分组方式将研究对象分为两组,参照组应用常规管理方案,研究组予以患者综合管理方案,对两组患者治疗后的效果进行比较。结果 研究组焦虑评分(36.12±2.54)分、抑郁评分(37.23±2.69)分,均低于参照组,组间差异明显(t=10.8446,10.2961);研究组生活质量评分中,生理功能(121.32±17.45)分、社会功能(128.34±18.34)分、生理职能(142.97±27.45)分、躯体疼痛(123.86±21.45)分,均高于参照组,组间差异明显(t=13.424,13.819,13.887,10.234);研究组临床治疗总有效率为94.90%,高于参照组,组间差异显著(χ^(2)=9.8485)研究组患者临床治疗总有效率、SF-36评分、SAS评分与SDS评分,与参照组各项数据进行对比存在显著优势(P<0.05)。结论 应用综合管理方案对结核病患者施以治疗,可有效控制患者的病情,值得在临床上广泛推荐。

Objective To analyze clinical effect of comprehensive management in tuberculosis outpatient treatment,and evaluate its application value.Methods The paper chose 78 cases TB patients treated in outpatient clinic from November 2017 to August 2019,and divided them into two groups according to single blind grouping method.Reference group was treated with routine management plan,and study group with comprehensive management plan.Effect between two groups was compared.Results Anxiety scores (36.12±2.54) and depression scores (37.23±2.69) of study group were lower than reference group,difference between the groups was significant (t=10.8446,10.2961);scores of physiological function (121.32±17.45),social function (128.34±18.34),physiological function (142.97±27.45) and physical pain (123.86±21.45) in study group were higher than reference group,difference between groups was significant,(t=13.424,13.819,13.887,10.234);total effective rate of clinical treatment in study group was 94.90%,higher than reference group,difference between the groups was significant (χ^(2)=9.8485).Total effective rate of clinical treatment,SF-36 score,SAS scores and SDS scores in study group had mere significant advantages than reference group (P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive management plan can control condition of tuberculosis patients effectively,which is worthy of wide recommendation in clinical practice.
