阿托伐他汀钙片不同剂量应用在缺血性脑血管疾病中的疗效

Curative Effect of Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets with Different Doses on Ischemic Cerebrovascular Diseases

目的 分析在缺血性脑血管疾病中以不同剂量阿托伐他汀钙片治疗的临床效果。方法 本研究选取和平县人民医院2018年1月-2019年12月收治的100例缺血性脑血管疾病患者运用随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,各50例,对照组以阿托伐他汀钙片40mg每次的剂量治疗,观察组以阿托伐他汀钙片40mg每次的剂量治疗,比较血清学指标和血脂指标改善情况、脑血管储备能力和屏气指数改善情况和治疗效果组间差异。结果 与治疗后对照组比较,观察组HDL水平高,LDL、TG、TC水平均低(P<0.05)。实施治疗前两组患者脑血管储备能力和屏气指数无显著差异,不具备统计学意义(P>0.05),实施治疗后两组脑血管储备能力和屏气指数均升高,观察组均高于对照组(P<0.05);与对照组比较,观察组治疗总有效率高(P<0.05)。结论 缺血性脑血管疾病治疗过程中以阿托伐他汀钙片40mg每次的剂量治疗比20mg每次疗效强,在改善患者血清学指标的同时改善了患者血脂水平,建议推广应用。

Objective To analyze clinical effect of different doses of atorvastatin calcium tablets in treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular diseases.Methods The paper chose 100 patients with ischemic cerebrovascular diseases in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019,and divided them into control group and observation group randomly,with 50 cases in each group.Control group was treated with atorvastatin calcium tablet 40mg each time,and observation group with atorvastatin calcium tablet 40mg each time.Improvement of serological indexes and blood lipid indexes,improvement of cerebrovascular reserve capacity and breath holding index and treatment effect difference between groups was compared.Results Levels of HDL,LDL,TG and TC in observation group were higher and lower than control group after treatment,(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in cerebrovascular reserve capacity and breath holding index between two groups before treatment (P>0.05).After treatment,cerebrovascular reserve capacity and breath holding index of two groups increased,that of observation group was higher than control group (P<0.05).Total effective rate of observation group was higher than control group,(P<0.05).Conclusion During treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular diseases,curative effect of atorvastatin calcium tablets at a dose of 40 mg per time is better than 20 mg per time,can improve serological indexes and blood lipid level of patients at the same time,which is suggested to be promoted and applied.
