益气通脉汤联合西药治疗冠心病合并心绞痛的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Supplementing Qi Dredging Pulse Decoction Combined with Western Medicine in Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease Complicated with Angina Pectoris

目的 分析益气通脉汤联合西药治疗冠心病心绞痛(coronary heart disease angina pectoris,CHDAP)效果。方法 收集2017年1月-2020年12月收治的72例CHDAP患者的资料,根据随机数列表法分成观察组(36例,气通脉汤联合西药治疗)和对照组(36例,西药治疗),比较两组患者治疗前、后症状发作次数,统计患者不良反应发生率和治疗有效率。结果 治疗前,两组患者发作次数对比结果无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,与对照组相比,观察组患者症状发作次数、不良反应发生率更低(P<0.05),治疗有效率更高,其结果差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组中医症候积分比较差异不大(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组胸痛、胸闷、心悸、脘痞纳呆、神疲乏力评分均较对照组低,有统计学差异(P<0.05),治疗前,两组全血高切黏度、低切黏度及血浆黏度无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组全血高切黏度、低切黏度及血浆黏度均较对照组低,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论 益气通脉汤联合西药治疗,可有效改善CHDAP患者临床症状,其机制可能与患者血液流变学的改变相关,且联合用药不良反应少,安全性高。

Objective To analyze effect of supplementing qi dredging pulse decoction Combined with western medicine in treatment of coronary heart disease angina pectoris (AP).Methods The paper chose data of 72 cases CHDAP patients from January 2017 to December 2020,and divided them into observation group (36 cases,treated with qitongmai decoction combined with western medicine) and control group (36 cases,with western medicine).Number of symptom attacks before and after treatment was compared between two groups,incidence of adverse reactions and treatment efficiency was counted.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in number of seizures between two groups,(P>0.05);after treatment,number of symptom attacks and incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than control group,(P<0.05),effective rate of treatment was higher,difference was statistically significant,(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in TCM symptom scores between two groups (P>0.05);after treatment,scores of chest pain,chest tightness,palpitation,epigastric stupidity and mental fatigue in observation group were lower than control group,with statistical significance,(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in whole blood high shear viscosity,low shear viscosity and plasma viscosity between two groups (P>0.05);after treatment,whole blood high shear viscosity,low shear viscosity and plasma viscosity in observation group was lower than control group,with statistical significance,(P<0.05).Conclusion Supplementing qi dredging pulse decoction combined with western medicine can improve clinical symptoms of CHDAP patients effectively,with possilbe mechanism related to hemorheology changes.Comined medication has less adverse reactions and high safety.
