社区高血压患者健康素养现状及影响因素分析

Current Situation and Influencing Factors Analysis of Health Literacy of Patients with Hypertension in Community

目的 调查社区高血压患者对健康素养的认知及影响高血压患者健康素养的主要因素,为今后的健康教育提供理论依据。方法 2019年10~11月采用抽样的方法从羊坊店社区医院高血压患者中抽取130例,进行《社区高血压患者健康素养状况》问卷调查,运用Logistic回归、秩和卡方检验方法进行统计,并对统计结果进行分析。结果 经过多元Logistic回归分析以及单因素分析,发现文化程度、锻炼参与度、年龄对健康素养具有统计学差异(P<0.05);通过对健康素养不同维度的得分进行统计,发现健康素养在知识和技能维度得分率较高,在态度和行为维度得分率较低。结论 文化教育程度、年龄阶段、锻炼参与度对社区高血压患者健康素养有重大影响;同时健康素养在态度和行为维度得分率较低,说明患者在主观能动性及执行力方面存在缺陷。

Objective To investigate cognition of hypertension patients on health literacy in community and main factors affecting health literacy of hypertension patients,to provide theoretical basis for health education in future.Methods The paper chose 130 patients with hypertension were selected from Yangfangdian Community Hospital from October to November 2019,and carried on questionnaire survey on health literacy status of community hypertension patients by sampling method,and analyzed statistical results with logistic regression and rank sum chi square test.Results Multiple logistic regression analysis and single factor analysis found that education level,exercise participation and age had significant difference on health literacy (P<0.05).Statistics of different dimensions scores of health literacy found that scores of health literacy were higher in dimension of knowledge and skills,and lower in dimension of attitude and behavior.Conclusion Level of education,age and exercise participation have significant effect on health literacy of community patients with hypertension;At the same time,scores of health literacy in attitude and behavior dimensions is low,indicating that patients have defects in subjective initiative and execution.
