全方位护理对老年带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者的效果

Effect of Comprehensive Nursing on Elderly Patients with Postherpetic Neuralgia

目的 探究对老年带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者实施全方位护理的临床效果。方法 从肇庆市皮肤病医院在2019年1月-2019年12月收治的老年带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者中抽取60例作为研究对象,采用抽样分组法对其进行分组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在常规护理的同时采用全方位护理,比较两组护理前后疼痛评分、不良情绪评分、睡眠质量评分,并对比两组患者的护理满意度。结果 护理前两组疼痛评分、不良情绪评分、睡眠质量评分不存在显著差异(P>0.05)。护理后与对照组患者的疼痛评分、不良情绪及睡眠质量评分相比较,观察组患者的评分显著更低,数据之间有显著的差异性(P<0.05);护理后与对照组的护理满意度数据相比,观察组满意度明显更高,数据之间有显著的差异性(P<0.05)。结论 对带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者实施全方位护理,可有效减轻患者疼痛感,缓解其不良情绪,对患者较差的睡眠质量进行改善,对护理满意度指标也有提升作用,因此其应用效果和价值良好,可推广。

Objective To explore clinical effect of comprehensive nursing on elderly patients with postherpetic neuralgia.Methods The paper chose 60 elderly patients with postherpetic neuralgia treated in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 as research subjects,and divided them into groups by sampling grouping method.Control group was treated with routine nursing,and observation group with comprehensive nursing at the same time.Pain scores,bad mood scores and sleep quality scores before and after nursing were compared between two groups,nursing satisfaction degree between two groups was compared.Results There was no significant difference in pain scores,bad mood scores and sleep quality scores between two groups before nursing (P>0.05).After nursing,pain scores,bad mood and sleep quality scores of observation group were significantly lower than control group,there was significant difference between data (P<0.05).After nursing,nursing satisfaction degree of observation group was significantly higher than control group,there was significant difference between data,(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing can effectively reduce pains,relieve bad mood,improve poor sleep quality and nursing satisfaction degree of elderly patients with postherpetic neuralgia,which has good application effect and value and is worthy of promotion.
