延续护理提升老年髋部骨折患者肢体功能恢复效果的观察

Effect Observation of Continuous Nursing on Limb Function Recovery of Elderly Patients with Hip Fracture

目的 探究老年髋部骨折患者治疗中延续护理的应用效果。方法 选取2018年12月-2019年12月在我院接手术治疗的髋部骨折患者40例,根据入院随机编号法将患者分为对照组(n=20)和观察组(n=20),前者仅实施基础性护理,研究组患者在此基础上进行延续护理,分组对比患者出院后不同时间髋关节功能和生活质量以及护理满意度。结果 两组患者出院时Harris髋关节功能评分和 Barthel生活质量评分无统计学差异(P>0.05),但研究组出院后30d、60d的Harris髋关节功能评分和 Barthel生活质量评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。对照组经常规护理后取得的护理满意度为65.00%,观察组以常规护理基础实施术前及术后护理后取得的护理满意度为95.00%,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 老年髋部骨折患者治疗中延续护理的实施能够显著改善患者的髋关节功能水平,提升患者生活质量,值得全方位推广应用。

Objective To explore effect of continuous nursing in treatment of elderly patients with hip fracture.Methods The paper chose 40 patients with hip fracture was treated with surgical treatment in our hospital from December 2018 to December 2019,and divided them into control group (n=20) and observation group (n=20) according to admission random numbering method.The former was treated with basic nursing,and study group with continuous nursing on the basis.Hip function,life quality and nursing satisfaction degree at different times after discharge was compared in groups.Results There was no significant difference in Harris hip function scores and Barthel life quality scores between two groups at discharge,(P>0.05),Harris hip function scores and Barthel life quality scores in study group were significantly higher than control group 30 and 60 days after discharge,(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction degree of control group after routine nursing was 65.00%,and that of observation group after preoperative and postoperative nursing based on routine nursing was 95.00%,with statistical significance,(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous nursing can significantly improve level of hip function and life quality of elderly hip fracture patients,which is worthy of all-round promotion and application.
