多元化健康宣教配合生活方式干预应用于高血压前期人群中的预防价值

Preventive Value of Diversified Health Education Combined with Lifestyle Intervention in Pre-hypertension Population

目的 分析多元化健康宣教配合生活方式干预对高血压前期人群的预防价值。方法 2019年5月-2020年5月山西临汾职业技术学院收取的高血压前期人群中,抽取110例,依据抽签法,分为对照组、观察组,每组55例。对照组:生活方式干预。观察组:多元化健康教育+生活方式干预。对比两组干预前后的血压水平,对高血压相关知识认知程度,生活质量评分,患者满意度。结果 干预前,两组血压水平统计学对比,差异不明显(P>0.05);干预后,血压水平较治疗前、组间对比,差异明显(P<0.05)。干预后,两组疾病知识认知程度行统计学对比,差异明显(P<0.05)。干预前,两组患者生活质量评分对比(P>0.05);干预后,观察组生活质量评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,观察组患者护理满意度更高(P<0.05)。结论 多元化健康宣教配合生活方式干预可改善前期高血压人群血压水平,提高对疾病知识认知度与生活质量,患者满意度较高。

Objective To analyze value of diversified health education combined with lifestyle intervention in prevention of pre-hypertension.Methods The paper chose 110 patients with pre-hypertension from May 2019 to may 2020 in our hospital,and divided them into control group and observation group,with 55 cases in each group.Control group:with lifestyle intervention,observation group:with diversified health education+lifestyle intervention.Blood pressure level,cognition of hypertension related knowledge,life quality scores and satisfaction degree were compared between two groups before and after intervention.Results Before intervention,there was no significant difference in blood pressure between two groups,(P>0.05);after intervention,blood pressure level was significantly higher than before treatment and between groups (P<0.05).After intervention,there was significant difference between two groups (P<0.05).Before intervention,life quality scores comparison between two groups showed P>0.05.After intervention,life quality scores in observation group were significantly higher than control group,(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction degree in observation group was higher than control group,(P<0.05).Conclusion Diversified health education combined with lifestyle intervention can improve blood pressure level of pre-hypertension population,improve awareness of disease knowledge and life quality,with high satisfaction degree of patients.
