中医理疗配合经脐单孔腹腔镜手术治疗小儿腹股沟斜疝及其护理

Treatment and Nursing of Traditional Chinese Medicine Physiotherapy Combined with Transumbilical Single Hole Laparoscopic Surgery for Children with Indirect Inguinal Hernia

目的 探究中医理疗配合经脐单孔腹腔镜手术治疗小儿腹股沟斜疝及其护理。方法 选取2019年1月-2020年3月广东省东莞市东城医院收治的84例小儿腹股沟斜疝患者,全部患者均接受中医理疗配合经脐单孔腹腔镜手术治疗,按照随机数字表法分成两组,对照组为常规护理干预,研究组为围手术期护理干预。对比患者的术后疼痛时间、住院时间等预后情况。结果 与对照组(35.5±7.0)h、(9.5±2.0)d相比较,研究组的术后疼痛时间(22.0±4.0)h、住院时间(5.4±0.5)d均明显更短(t=10.132、10.041,P<0.05),与对照组相比较,研究组的术后并发症发生率更低(P<0.05)。结论 应用中医理疗配合经脐单孔腹腔镜手术对小儿腹股沟斜疝患者实施治疗可以改善预后情况,再此基础上加入合理化的围手术期护理干预可以进一步提高患者的生活质量,值得推广。

Objective To explore treatment and nursing of traditional Chinese medicine physiotherapy combined with transumbilical single hole laparoscopic surgery for children with indirect inguinal hernia.Methods The paper chose 84 children with indirect inguinal hernia treated in our hospital from January 2019 to March 2020,treated with traditional Chinese medicine physiotherapy combined with transumbilical single hole laparoscopic surgery,and divided them into two groups randomly.Control group was treated with routine nursing intervention and study group with perioperative nursing intervention.Postoperative pain time and hospital stay was compared between two groups.Results Postoperative pain time (22.0±4.0) h and hospital stay (5.4±0.5) d in study group was significantly shorter than control group (35.5±7.0) h and (9.5±2.0) d,(t=10.132 and 10.041,P<0.05).Incidence of postoperative complications in study group was lower than control group,(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine physiotherapy combined with transumbilical single hole laparoscopic surgery can improve prognosis of children with indirect inguinal hernia,reasonable perioperative nursing intervention on the basis can further improve life quality of patients,which is worthy of promotion.
