人性化带教法在产科护理教学中的应用价值评价 被引量:2

摘要 目的 在实际开展产科护理教学活动的过程中,探讨人性化教学法的应用效果。方法 随机选择我校2018届的75例护理专业学生为对照组研究对象,对本组学生主要采用常规方式进行产科护理教学,选择我校2019届的75例护理专业学生为观察组研究对象,对本组学生实施人性化带教产科护理教学,分析两组学生在接受产科护理教学之后的考核结果情况以及对比较方法的满意度情况。结果 通过对研究结果进行分析发现,观察组学生在接受产科护理教学之后,对于教学的满意度整体高于对照组学生,而通过对两组学生的考核结果进行分析发现,观察组学生无论是在病历撰写成绩方面、操作成绩方面,还是在理论成绩方面均高于对照组学生。观察组学生对带教所取得效果的评价高于对照组。结论 在实际开展产科护理教学活动的过程中,通过采用人性化带教方法,不仅能够有效提升学生对于教学的满意度,同时也能有效提升学生的考核成绩,在帮助学生打好理论基础的前提之下,也能在一定程度上发展学生的实践能力。 Objective To explore application effect of humanized teaching method in actual process of obstetric nursing teaching activities.Methods The paper chose 75 nursing students of our school in 2018 as research subjects of control group,with taught obstetric nursing in routine way,and chose 75 nursing students of our school in 2019 as research subjects in observation group,with obstetric nursing of humanized teaching.Assessment results between two groups after receiving obstetric nursing teaching and satisfaction degree with comparison method was analyzed.Results Based on research results analysis,after receiving obstetric nursing teaching,students in observation group were more satisfied with teaching as a whole than control group.Analysis of examination results between two groups found,scores of medical record writing,operation and theory of students in observation group were higher than control group.Evaluation of effect of teaching in observation group was higher than control group.Conclusion During actual process of obstetric nursing teaching activities,humanized teaching methods can improve satisfaction degree with teaching,assessment results of students effectively.on premise of lay good theoretical foundation of students,it can develop their practical ability to some certain extent.
