摘要
市域铁路线路受市区空间和郊区农田地质影响,传统满堂支架存在局限性,“钢管柱+贝雷支架”的综合型方案适应性更强,可以形成流水化作业模式,使各项工作沿着计划有序推进。着重对市域铁路装配式整孔现浇箱梁支架施工技术展开探讨,提出一些具体的技术应用要点,旨在为类似项目提供参考。
In order to meet the requirements of residents'traffic travel,the scale of urban railway construction expands accordingly.In actual construction,viaduct construction is usually adopted in order to reduce the occupation of the ground,and cast-in-place beam is the main construction method.Urban railway line is affected by urban space and suburban farmland geology,traditional full support has limitations,“steel pipe column+Beret support”comprehensive scheme is more adaptable,can form flow operation mode,so that all work along the plan orderly advance.In this paper,the construction technology of assembled full-hole cast-in-place box girder support for municipal railway is discussed emphatically,and some specific technical application points are put forward in order to provide reference for similar projects.
