绝经后女性静态行为与心血管疾病风险的相关性研究

Correlational Study Between Sedentary Behavior and Cardiovascular Disease Risk Among Postmenopausal Women

目的探讨绝经后女性静态行为(sedentary behavior,SB)现状及其与心血管疾病(cardiovascular disease,CVD)风险的相关性。方法便利抽样选取镇江市3所社区卫生服务中心进行健康体检的绝经后女性577例为研究对象,采用一般情况调查问卷、国际体力活动短问卷(international physical activity questionnaire-short,IPAQ-S)对其进行调查,应用中国动脉粥样硬化性心血管疾病风险预测模型预测其CVD风险。结果绝经后女性CVD风险评分均数为8.99%,日均SB时间为4.68 h/d,日均SB时间与CVD风险评分呈正相关(r=0.325,P<0.05)。多元线性回归分析显示,年龄、体力活动水平、居住方式、糖尿病是绝经后女性SB的主要影响因素(均P<0.05)。结论绝经后女性的CVD风险普遍较高,与其SB时间呈正相关,护理人员应采取针对性的干预措施减少绝经后女性的SB,重点关注高龄、独居、低体力活动水平及患有糖尿病的绝经后女性。

Objective To explore the current situation of sedentary behavior(SB)among postmenopausal women and its correlation with their cardiovascular disease(CVD)risk.Methods Convenience sampling method was used to select 577 postmenopausal women who received health examinations in three community health service centers in Zhenjiang City.The general information questionnaire and International Physical Activity Questionnaire-Short(IPAQ-S)were adopted for investigation.The risk of CVD was predicted with the Chinese Atherosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease Risk Prediction Model.Results The mean score of CVD risk among postmenopausal women was 8.99%,and the average daily SB time was 4.68 hours per day.There was a positive correlation between the average daily SB time and the CVD risk score(r=0.325,P<0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that age,physical activity level,resident pattern and diabetes mellitus were the main influencing factors of SB among postmenopausal women(all P<0.05).Conclusions Postmenopausal women generally report high risk of CVD,which is positively correlated with their SB time.Nursing staff should take targeted intervention to reduce the SB of postmenopausal women,and mainly focus on those postmenopausal women who are old,living alone,with low physical activity level and diabetes.
