中医专科开业护士核心能力评价指标体系的构建

Construction of Evaluation Indicator System for Core Competence of Nurse Practitioners in Traditional Chinese Medicine Specialty

目的构建中医专科开业护士核心能力评价指标体系,为发展适合中国国情的中医专科开业护士提供参考。方法采用文献分析法、小组讨论和德尔菲法确定中医专科开业护士核心能力评价指标体系,应用层次分析法确定各项指标权重。结果两轮专家函询回收率分别为100%、95.23%,专家权威系数为0.882、0.913,Kendall’s W系数为0.250、0.304(均P<0.01)。建立一套由7个一级指标、16个二级指标、64个三级指标构成的中医专科开业护士核心能力评价指标体系。结论构建的中医专科开业护士核心能力评价指标体系内容系统、全面,针对性强,可为中医专科开业护士的培养、考核和评价提供依据。

Objective To construct an evaluation indicator system for core competence of nurse practitioners in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)specialty,so as to provide reference for developing nurse practitioners in TCM who meet our national conditions.Methods Literature review,group discussion and Delphi method were adopted to construct the evaluation indicator system for core competence of nurse practitioners in TCM.The analytic hierarchy process was used to determine the weights of indicators.Results In the two rounds of expert consultation,the response rates were 100%and 95.23%;the authority coefficients were 0.882 and 0.913;the Kendall’s W coefficients were 0.250 and 0.304(both P<0.01).The evaluation indicator system for core competence of nurse practitioners in TCM included 7 first-level indicators,16 second-level indicators,and 64 third-level indicators.Conclusions The evaluation indicator system for core competence of nurse practitioners in TCM features systematic,comprehensive and targeted contents,which can provide the basis for the training,assessment and evaluation of nurse practitioners in TCM.
